The application of EMCC Standards by our members warrants that EMCC Coaching is functional, effective and economic. Coaching creates orientation of the client, sharpens their thinking thereby increasing their ability to act. Participants who complete their portfolio of learning will be recommended for their Foundation or Practitioner level EIA depending on the number of coaching hours they have.
